Quality

The aluminium profile sections used by us for all our beach-bed models are 42 x 22 mm radiated rectangles,
with 15-17 tenths thickness (bed back and feet) while the fabric frame is a 44 x 42 mm tubular section with inner
reinforcement slot and ribbing.
Our welds are made using robotised and controlled systems (Tig welding).
The weight-bearing load or tensile strength for the fabric frame or upright is 320 kg per tube
(the frame consists of two tubes, and the load-bearing capacity in kilos is therefore 320+320=640 kg).
The aluminium bars, after being cut, drilled and welded, are anodized at 15/20 micron. The pins and washers joining
the aluminium parts are made of stainless steel, polished and passivated.

Patented Technology

The joints of the bed movement mechanisms, patented by us, are moulded in nylon.
